Mmm whipped cream. Remember as a kid sneaking mouthfuls of it out of the spray can mom and dad kept in the fridge? Turns out whipped cream isn't too hard to make. You only need two ingredients and two-three minutes of your time. Here's how.
3-in-3 Whipped Cream
Serving Size: 1 large dollop of whip cream
- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pour all ingredients into a small-medium size bowl.
- Beat on medium for 2-3 minutes. The cream will slowly change consistency from liquid to fluffy and then eventually to a thicker consistency. You can eyeball this. There is about a 30 second window where it will go from perfectly smooth to a thicker, almost chunky consistency. (The picture above is just about 10 seconds past a perfect consistency).If you have hit that stage, stop beating immediately. You can still use the whip cream at that point though - no worries!
